In this update, I shared about the following latest updates from Southeast Asia.

#Thailand – Panasonic’s investment into Modular Construction Housing and also their upcoming product launch of PM2.5 filtered Fans, antibacterial deodorisers and robotic care bed/wheelchair.

#Cambodia – Prince Group’s #ESG donation of USD$3 million to the Cambodian government to help the Covid-19 pandemic and also Prince Real Estate’s food donation to over 200 police officers who are involved in the on-going fight against the pandemic.

#Philippines – Mitsubishi Corporation’s new property development “Kizuna Heights” in Manila, catered for students and young professionals. Mainly one bedrooms and studios, and situated near to universities.

#Indonesia – Indonesia Central Bank keeping to policy rate of 3.5% and retained its expectations for growth, keeping its 4.3 to 5.3%.

#Vietnam – VINGROUP – Vietnam to open its long-awaited $2.8bn Phu Quoc United Center. The resort has the New Corona Casino with 1000 slot machines, close to 1000 electronic gaming machines and approximately 100 table games.

#Malaysia – SHENGTAI INTERNATIONAL GROUP LIMITED and IWG plc collaborating to open flexible workspace in Malaysia.
